General office duties, aid accounting and sales departments:
- Help keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping system.
- Post journal entries and reconcile accounts.
- Calculate and prepare cheques for payrolls and for utility, tax and other bills.
- Complete pension contribution forms and other government documents.
- Help with order entry and shipment verification.
Offered:
- Full time, permanent position at 3540 hours per week.
- Preferred hours: 7:30am3:30pm (flexible).
- Excellent fringe benefits, including dental and medical insurance after 6 months of work.
Qualifications
- Must be fluent in English and French.
- The applicant must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organization, multitasking and prioritizing abilities.
Salary:
$18.00-$24.00 per hour

Education:
- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)

- English and French (preferred)
