Warehouse Administrator / Logistics Customer Service Rep

Salary:
$23-25/hr

Location:
East Edmonton

Permanent Fulltime position
Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
Currently seeking a warehouse administrator / logistics customer service rep for our busy cross dock warehouse.

This position would be assisting customers with tracking orders, handling client issues, tracking inventory, updating tracking information, setting up client accounts, and working with drivers and other internal company staff.

This position will be an ongoing support role with likely becoming permanent.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process customer orders through WMS (Warehouse Management System) in an accurate, efficient manner
Respond to customers with questions and information as needed
Organize workflow as necessary
Enter orders into TMS (Transportation Management System) as required for delivery by company vehicles
Keep track of inventory on a daily and monthly basis within the inventory access software program
Reconcile inventory records with actual product each month
Send copies of reconciled inventory lists to customers
Set up according to regulatory requirements, dangerous goods shipments and controlled product inventories
Advise customers when orders are completed
Assist Drivers with orders to be picked up
Deal professionally with customer complaints in a quick, efficient and courteous manner
Manage client expectations by investigating inquiries
Quote rates for inbound and outbound shipments
Confirmation of delivery times
Support management and holiday relief
Maintain safe work practices, good housekeeping and equipment safety at all times; report defective equipment, unsafe work procedures, and/or injuries, immediately upon observation
Other duties assigned as needed
