Your tasks at a glance

You courteously greet patients and provide appointment information.
You confirm appointments by phone within 48 hours.
You bill patients and collect payments.
You close the accounts for the day.

A clear view of your assets

You have experience as a customer service agent, receptionist, medical secretary, or administrative assistant AND/OR have excellent customer service skills.
You thrive in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
You have a facility with computer tools (Outlook, Suite Office, etc.) and technology.
You demonstrate strong customer orientation and emotional intelligence.
You stand out for your organizational, collaborative, and autonomous skills.

Required: You have excellent communication skills,
you speak English _et français également _**(advanced intermediate level of English required due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with our English-speaking patients).

Schedule:You are available Monday to Friday from 7:00 am to 3:00 pm.
