Description

Our kitchen is looking for a skilled and energetic kitchen staff member to join our existing team. You will be tasked with doing your part to help our restaurant operate as efficiently and effectively as possible.

This will require you to be adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced environment and will be responsible for designated station.

Kitchen Duties

• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils.
• Clean, sanitize, maintain work stations and kitchen equipments regularly.
• Follow all food health and safety requirements
• Follow recipes and cook menu items utilizing various cooking methods
• Prepare food for service; including cleaning, cutting and preparing vegetables, meat, sauces and other ingredients.
• Setting up and stocking stations, fridges and freezers with all necessary supplies
• Assist with organizing kitchen/food item deliveries and their proper storage
• Stock, date, rotate and check temperature of products.
• Interact with customers as needed
