Description

Previous experience working in general maintenance, preferably in a warehouse environment.

Able to work with mínimal supervision to meet deadlines.
Able to assist skilled trades with routine maintenance and projects requests as required.
Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs and should be in overall good physical health
Able of general painting, minor drywall and wood trim repairs.
Comfortable operating material handling equipment (in house training provided)
Ability to comply with relevant safety procedures, company policies and procedures.
Ability to perform any other related general maintenance duties as required or assigned
Ability to multitask and juggle a variety of appointments and requests at one time
Ability to work in various different areas of the building and perform many different functions to keep the building in good standing
Ability to communicate any issues or problems to supervisor/manager while also being able to work with other staff members to get a particular job completed
Ability to respond to emergencies in a timely manner and be able to prioritize important work
Preference will be given to individuals with hand/power tool experience.
