Responsibilities:


  • Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for projects.
  • Manage the estimating process from start to finish.
  • Analyze project scope and develop estimates accordingly.
  • Develop and maintain a database of historical costs for use in estimating future projects.
  • Review bids and proposals to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Provide guidance to project teams on cost control strategies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and subcontractors.

Salary:
$44,528.90-$115,471.68 per year
