    Description

    Cash Management Sales Officer Role Description:

    The Cash Management Sales Officer is a strategic professional who closely follows the latest trends in their field and adapts them for application within their job and the business. This role requires excellent communication skills to negotiate internally, often at a senior level, and developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence, and convince others. The position is accountable for significant direct business results or authoritative advice regarding the operations of the business.

    This includes handling staff management issues, such as resource management and allocation of work within the team/project. As a key member of the team, the officer will be responsible for providing input on business strategy and executing on initiatives.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Actively call on clients in partnership with Relationship Managers (RMs) to deepen relationships, anticipate future needs, challenges, or risks, and identify new clients aligned with CITI's value proposition.
    • Drive innovation in solutions provided to clients while structuring deals to balance risk and reward.
    • Serve as a strategic advisor to RMs and Clients.
    • Share knowledge with other sales consultants and junior staff.
    • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Citi's policies/guidelines at all times.
    • Appropriately assess risk when making business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients, and assets.

    Requirements:

    • 10+ years of commercial banking experience, preferably in roles of increasing responsibility.
    • Undergraduate business degree; advanced degree preferred.
    • Proven track record of initiating, executing, and growing complex client relationships.

    Estimated Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
