Description
Acara Solutions is seeking a Customer Service Representative/Order Administrator to assist a well known company.This is a contract to direct placement opportunity with room for career growth located in North York. Starting wage is $17-19/hr paid weekly morning schedule Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound & outbound calls from & to customers
- Handle in person customer inquires
- Input data & orders into the dedicated software system
- Coordinate with warehouse team to collect concise information & provide customers service excellence
- Convert quotes to orders
- Recording data from customer interactions
- Resolving customer complaints, escalating as required
- Assist customers with accurate transactions and industry specific product information.
- Provide recommendations
- Respect safety procedures & guidelines
- Other projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- 1 year of Customer Service/ Customer facing experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Proficient in Microsoft suite (Word, outlook, excel)
Salary:
$17.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
