Account rep wanted

We are looking for someone energetic, outgoing, self-motivated, organized and (most of all), willing to learn and contribute to our and our customers' success.

Bullwhip is looking to grow its customer base in Winnipeg and Canada, with a focus on local, small to medium sized businesses

This role will include:

Customer Retention and Referrals: Get to know current customers, their businesses, how we can better serve their needs
Sales: Contact new businesses about the above
Relationship Management: Maintain records in CRM, reach out to customers about relevant issues
Marketing: contribute to marketing and brandbuilding efforts
Reporting: goalsetting, reporting on progress
Collaboration: Contributing what you're able to help in other areas
Getting out and about: Customer deliveries and visits, sales calls
Fluent in English, and communicate well
Motivated to set and acheive personal and sales goals
Have strong personal vales and respect company values
Work productively and safely with mínimal supervision
Enjoy contributing to company, community, and clients' growth and success
Pay attention to detail
Contribute in other areas during downtime

This position has a base starting salary (depending on experience), plus commission. Company vehicle available. Flex time / work from home available. Plenty of opportunity for advancement for the right person.

Requirements:

Legally allowed to work in Canada
Manitoba class 5F drivers license, good abstract

Preference will be given to people mentioning they've read this far
