PK Construction Inc is a rapidly growing contracting firm that specializes in design/build, project management, and bid/build projects in the industrial, commercial, and institutional business sectors. We are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team in Tillsonburg, Ontario.

Responsibilities range from calculating accurate estimates for commercial/industrial/institutional projects
Prepare quantity take-offs, compile material pricing, and analyze labor costs
Communicate with staff, subcontractors, and suppliers on a regular basis
Attend pre-tender meetings and site visits
Maintain a thorough understanding of project specifications and drawings
Prepare and submit tender documents on time
Work collaboratively with project managers and site supervisors

Salary:
$70,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
