- Knowledge of Sequence of Operations for Heating, Cooling, Heat Recovery & Dehumidification Equipment.
- Ability to generate AutoCAD Drawing for Electrical Panels as well as Control Schematic Drawing.
- Knowledge of BACnet, Modbus and Ability to generate P&ID, sequences of operations, drawings, bill of materials. Develop programming, graphics and sequences of operations for DDC systems.
- Project management including problem solving and support during unit installation, testing and commissioning.
- Knowledge of the operation of air handling units including fans, variable frequency drives (VFD), Actuators, temperature, Humidity & pressure sensors and control devices including compressors.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD drawing software, experience in start up, Proficiency in English (reading specifications, communications, etc.) is required.
- Experience in trouble shooting, diagnostics, Testing and Commissioning of the equipment at client Job Site.
- Successful Candidate to have own transport for travelling to job site for start up, testing and commissioning of the equipment.
- College/Education in instrumentation and controls with minimum of 2 years of experience in the field of controls related to HVAC & R system.
