Seasonal (40+ Hours/Week), Monday - Friday 8:00 - 4:30 PM.
This position is expected to end in November 2024.

About the Position:
ATS Traffic is looking for Installation Labourers to join our Edmonton team for the 2024 season This position will be primarily responsible for installation of traffic and construction safety products as signs, posts, guardrail, overhead signs, parking curbs, speed bumps, solar beacons, and crash systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install required products in a safe, professional and timely manner
- Advise customers on their installation needs and recommend additional products or services
- Resolve any client issues with their Installations, leave a clean jobsite
- Maintain Installation equipment, company truck and associated inventories
- Understand and perform basic traffic control needs
- General yard organization and maintenance
- Assist with shipping and rentals as required
Qualifications:
- A valid
Non-GDL (nongraduated) Class 5 Driver's License and a
Clean 3Year Regular Drivers Abstract is required to drive our company vehicles. - Own method of transportation to get to and from work is preferred.
- Experience in carpentry in residential/commercial construction projects, home renovation projects, DIY carpentry projects, building decks, and fences.
- Experience in operating hand and power tools in a safe manner.
- Ability to lift 55lbs unassisted and 35lbs overhead.
- Capability to stand, crouch, and kneel for long periods.
- Comfortable operating hand and power tools in a safe manner
- Any previous experience operating a skidsteer, telehandler, or AWP is an asset.
- Experience in either Traffic Control or traffic safety related experience is an asset, however
ATS covers the cost and provides
ALL training and tickets to get you started:
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): All you need to bring is a pair of CSA Approved Safety Boots on your first day
we will cover the rest.
_This position may be required to work overtime including evenings, weekends and out of town work._
