Job Description:
Administration Coordinator
Duties:
- Manage ASA Discipline.
- To support both the Referee program.
- To support key strategic initiatives, as assigned by the Executive Director.
Working Conditions:
- The Administration Coordinator usually works in an office environment, but the position will require travel throughout Alberta.
- A valid Driver's License is required.
- The Competition Administrator works a standard work week, but additionally will often work evening, weekends, and overtime hours to oversee Competitions.
- Hours of Work Averaging Agreement will be utilized to manage working hours, as agreed upon by the Executive Director.
Note:
This is a full-time position and compensation will be reflective of experience.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
