Job Description:
Administration Coordinator


Duties:


  • Manage ASA Discipline.
  • To support both the Referee program.
  • To support key strategic initiatives, as assigned by the Executive Director.

Working Conditions:

  • The Administration Coordinator usually works in an office environment, but the position will require travel throughout Alberta.
  • A valid Driver's License is required.
  • The Competition Administrator works a standard work week, but additionally will often work evening, weekends, and overtime hours to oversee Competitions.
  • Hours of Work Averaging Agreement will be utilized to manage working hours, as agreed upon by the Executive Director.

Note:
This is a full-time position and compensation will be reflective of experience.


Flexible Language Requirement:

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Overtime
  • Weekends as needed

Work Location:
Hybrid remote in Edmonton, AB T6E 6S4
