The Content Coordinator supports a team of Content Managers and Content Directors who develop compelling content tailored to each executive community we serve.

This position conducts research, manages department tools and documents, posts content to websites, edits marketing copy, and occasionally travels to Evanta's conferences.


What you will do:


  • Manage creation and implementation of department processes, tools, documents and training materials
  • Conduct occasional phone interviews with senior executives
  • Manage the posting of content to conference agenda websites
  • Write and edit marketing and communication copy, introductions to conference media clips, session abstracts and corporate executive bios
  • Conduct efficient, independent and creative research on topics impacting Fortune 1000 organizations and Clevel executives
  • Schedule calls with Clevel executives and speakers
  • Provide support and backup while team members travel
  • Proficient in Associated Press style
  • Provide customer service to large sponsor accounts
  • May travel to conferences to fulfill content facilitator roles and responsibilities

What you will need:


  • Bachelor's degree in business, communications, journalism, English or related field is preferred
  • 12 years professional work experience is required
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Extremely detail oriented, with the ability to build and maintain informational spreadsheets
  • Interest in business, management, technology and leadership content
  • Passion for building strong relationships
  • Ability to write clearly and concisely, specifically business writing
  • Effective editing and proofreading skills
  • Prioritize competing deadlines and take direction from leaders across the business
  • Up to 10% travel to facilitate conferences is required
