    Description

    Source Atlantic is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst in Halifax, NS to support the company's national growth strategy. Reporting to the National Purchasing Manager, this exciting role will provide proactive, actionable, and analytical support to our operations, logistics, and sales departments. Specifically, the Supply Chain Analyst's key responsibilities will include:

  • Support the design and delivery of strategic and operational initiatives
  • Analyze and evaluate supply chain improvement opportunities
  • Support data integrity mapping of Source Atlantic's business acquisitions
  • Measure, analyze, and report Supply Chain Key Process Indicators (KPIs)
  • Support a team of Sourcing Specialists and Re-Buyers with item, customer, supplier, and branch data analytics
  • Leverage Source Atlantic's ERP system to its fullest capacity for team improvement opportunities

    • The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree with 2+ years' experience
  • Strong business acumen and thrives on bringing data and numbers to life
  • Knowledge of supply chain management
  • Initiative, ability to stay focused on results despite changing conditions
  • Ability to lead change, problem solve, negotiate, and work with teams
  • Strong analytical, written, and communications skills
  • Experience working with queries, formulas and macros is considered an asset
