- Maintain and optimize branch profitability by implementing effective strategies
- Grow the business by developing new opportunities and supporting client acquisition through multiple channels
- Create a best-in-class customer experience by ensuring all customer needs are met in a welcoming environment
- Implement people strategy that attracts, retains and develops talent
- Drive accountability and coach team members to achieve operational, developmental and customer experience expectations
- Lead change initiatives and ensure all relevant information is cascaded to teams
- Maintain high employee engagement and develop individual development plans
- Ensure all activities are conducted with compliance to governing regulations, internal policies and procedures
- Protect client confidentiality and adhere to company policies on customer confidentiality
- Promote Fairstone's positive image in local communities as an ambassador
- College diploma preferred (BS/BA with coursework in Business)
- Three to five years of directly related work experience in finance industry sales (consumer finance industry preferred) or three to five years of previous management experience
- Excellent interpersonal and customer relationship building skills
- Strong communication skills to communicate with all levels of employees, managers and customers
- Demonstrated effective verbal, written and listening skills
- Proven ability to be a self-starter, proactive and display initiative
- Ability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
