QC Inspector will work with the department to achieve high quality in job production and complete assigned projects under tight deadlines.


Responsibilities:


  • Principles of checking and QC method
  • Thorough knowledge of product requirements
  • Random variation of processes and identification of the assignable causes
  • Color matching, visual check.
  • Perform and report inprocess inspections.
  • Able to use a caliper, micrometer, force gauge, and other basic inspection tools.

Job Requirements:


  • Familiar with printed labels, manufacturing processes, quality inspection techniques.
  • Able to use inspection instruments such as caliper, micrometer, force gauge.
  • One year's work experience in the printing industry is an asset.
  • Able to judge the product acceptance.
  • Able to write a nonconforming report
