Project Description:
The client is in the process of implementing Oracle Cloud for the full HCM suite in waves.

The are looking to bring on a Functional Oracle Payroll Resource with operational experience as a payroll practitioner in Canada and experience implementing Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll in a Canadian setting.

Day to Day:
This resource will be responsible for assisting in the Oracle Cloud payroll reconciliation cycles.

They will play a role in helping to oversee the Configuration, testing, and implementation strategy, as well as ensuring best practices.

This resource must have extensive Canadian payroll experience and an understanding Canadian labor law.

They will be working alongside the clients internal PM overseeing HCM implementation experience. This resource needs to have experience with Canadian Labor Laws and collective bargaining agreements. This resource must have excellent communication skills as they will be working directly with the Payroll business team.


Required Skills:

• Oracle Payroll Implementation experience
• Canadian Payroll Experience
• Experience with Organizational structures that have multiple legal entities
• Knowledge of Canadian labor laws and collective bargaining agreements

Job Types:
Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12 months


Salary:
$60.00-$80.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
