Position Overview:
Essential Duties and Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with Director to strategically prepare, schedule and determine actions needed to meet sales targets in Calgary, Alberta.
• Create monthly calendar that ensures attention and focus on top performing stores.
• Plan, practice and execute retailer events, sales and training visits in respective service doors that impact brand awareness.
• Plan and work in partnership with Director to assist with higher level trainings and events in new retail accounts to reach assigned sales goals.
• Build relationships with Sephora key leadership that will create business opportunities and brand support.
• Exhibit consistent passion for products and maintain brand image standards set by HQ.
• Provide clear and valuable feedback to Grown Alchemist leadership on sampling, education, products, and overall opportunities.

Requirements:

• Fulltime role that will require flexibility to work some evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to travel within Alberta required, amount depending on territory (transportation costs policy will be covered in the interview process).
• 95% of role is instore, focused on sales and field education.

Preferred Qualification and Key Attributes

• Minimum of 3 years of retail, sales and/or beauty industry experience.
• Positive, professional, and enthusiastic presence.
• Must be fluent in English.
• An effective communicator: communicates with clarity and consistency on the brand strategy and key messages the business needs to deliver on.
• Sales focused: maintains a strong focus on driving business results; leverages a strong business acumen to ensure that all functional programs clearly support commercial and business objectives.
• Ability to work both autonomously as well as with a team.
• Growthoriented; resultsdriven, a healthy sense of urgency.

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

• Sephora sales: 2 years (preferred)

Language:

• English (preferred)
