Working from our Corporate Head office located at
40 Topple Drive, in Burnside, Dartmouth and reporting to the Billing Manager, the Billing Administrator will be a member of our Finance Team and is responsible for compiling and producing the billing across our 3 main operating divisions.


Duties and responsibilities

  • Billing/invoicing
  • Preparing quotes and sales orders for customers
  • Create purchase orders & good receipts
  • Work closely with inventory team to ensure quantities and prices are accurate
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
  • Assist with inventory counts and reconciliation
  • Work in compliance with ISO and company QMS
  • Support monthly and quarterly audits and clean ups
  • Resolve any issues or mistakes
  • Preparing ad hoc analysis to the Finance and Operations managers
  • Assist in general administrative support and reporting

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience
  • Post secondary Education
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of ISO
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Strong ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel. SAP is an asset
  • Strong Problem Solving Skills

$40,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
