Responsibilities:


  • Answer inquires and provide information to customers.
  • Maintaining computerized customer profile information.
  • Developing cost estimates.
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
  • Receive and process payments on cash accounts.
  • Investigate complaints and work closely with Supervisor to resolve them
  • Access and process information including ensuring that all PO's are in place before work commences.
  • Maintain records and statistics via excel spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications:

-
Minimum of 2 years' working experience as a service writer:

  • 1 year of parts ordering experience
  • Strong computer skills
  • Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
  • Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.

Desired Qualifications:


  • Previous automotive, fleet & equipment experience is an asset.

  • Comprehensive alcohol and drug test clearance letter
  • Copy of valid Class 5 driver's license
  • Copy of current 3year clean driver's abstract
  • Copies of training certificates
