Responsibilities:

Answer inquires and provide information to customers.
Maintaining computerized customer profile information.
Developing cost estimates.
Explain the type and cost of services offered to customers.
Receive and process payments on cash accounts.
Investigate complaints and work closely with Supervisor to resolve them
Access and process information including ensuring that all PO's are in place before work commences.
Maintain records and statistics via excel spreadsheets.

Required Qualifications:

-
Minimum of 2 years' working experience as a service writer:

1 year of parts ordering experience
Strong computer skills
Ability to analyze and interpret the needs of customers and offer the appropriate options, solutions, and resolutions required.
Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally always.

Desired Qualifications:

Previous automotive, fleet & equipment experience is an asset.

Copy of valid Class 5 driver's license
Copy of current 3year clean driver's abstract
Copies of training certificates
