Forbes Motors is currently seeking a Facility & Maintenance Coordinator to join our team of customer focused professionals within our high volume and process-driven dealership.

Purpose/Summary of Position:

The Facility & Maintenance Coordinator is responsible for property maintenance of both the interior and exterior of the dealership, regular facility inspections, minor repairs in the facility and coordination of contractors as needed.

The position will be responsible for overseeing Health and Safety in the dealership.

Ability to work in a multifunctional team and collaborate with managers, executive and senior management to execute projects and deliverables

Special Requirements:

Valid driver's license
Post-Secondary Education
First Aid Certified
Joint Health and Safety Certified Member
Previous retail automotive dealership experience an asset
Compliance and legal background, with experience pertaining to AML, Privacy, AODA, PIPEDA. ESA, OHSA, OMVIC etc.
