Job Summary:
Work with the QA team to maintain and improve the levels of Quality Excellence promoted at Automator Group.

Essential Functions:

Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to understand project requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
Develop and execute test plans, test cases and test scripts for our software products
Participate in creating and maintenance of Requirements Trainability Matrix
Identify system bugs across various testing phases, including feature testing, integration testing, and regression testing
Perform API testing to validate system functionality, data integrity and performance
Maintain and enhance the existing QA processes, tools, and documentation, including Jira workflows and issue tracking
Maintain testing documentation when applicable
Participate in defining automation test coverage
Participate in meetings such as sprint planning, daily standups and retrospectives

Qualifications and Experience:

3+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
Knowledge of test management and defect tracking solutions such as Zephyr, Jira or similar
Understanding of Software QA methodologies, tools, and approaches in a software company with short release cycles
Proficiency testing APIs using tools like Postman or comparable alternatives.
Experience in writing test scenarios, test cases and test plans
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with keen attention to detail
