Privateers Harley-Davidson in Halifax, Nova Scotia is an authorized dealer of Harley-Davidson motorcycles and products.

We currently have an opening in our Service Department for a
Lot Attendant. We are looking for someone who loves this living and lifestyle (because we do).


Responsibilities:


  • Transportation of vehicles as needed.
  • Assists in ensuring the neat appearance of the dealership (e.g., picks up litter, shovels snow off vehicles, wipes off showroom vehicles, cleans offices, windows)
  • Detail to vehicle appearance, reconditioning both inside and out.
  • Preparing vehicles for delivery.
  • Run miscellaneous errands for the dealership.
  • Greeting customers in a timely, friendly manner.
  • Maintaining professional lot presentation and display.
  • Assisting and managing sales lot maintenance including snow clearing when necessary.
  • Other duties as required.

Qualifications:


  • Strong interpersonal skills pleasant, positive and friendly personality.
  • Knowledge of principles and processes for providing a high level of customer service.
  • Possess a valid NS Driver's License and can operate standard transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
  • Ability to work efficiently under minimum supervision.
  • Knowledge of wash bay procedures.
  • Knowledge of safety procedures for handling equipment and chemicals.
  • Ability to work cooperatively as a team member.
  • Energetic and have good discretion to vehicle detailing.
  • Experience considered an asset.
