Job summary
We're looking for the tax brain behind a growing U.S. real estate portfolio.You'll help design and evolve our tax architecture across: long-term rental portfolio tax planning,- Lease options & rent-to-own structures
- Entity design using LLCs and S-Corps
- Schedule E vs. dealer status positioning
- Treatment of option fees, credits, and execution timing
- Risk analysis (installment sales, disguised sales, SE tax exposure)
- A licensed CPA or EA (U.S.)
