Equipment Operator

Do you want be a part of the team bringing Meridian's innovations to life? We are currently seeking a full-time
Equipment Operator to assist with construction of our project in Saskatoon, SK.

What You Will Be Doing:

As an equipment operator you will be responsible for tasks as assigned by your supervisor including the following:

Operate boom lift telehandler and skid steer equipment in a safe manner
Perform daily safety checks on equipment and flag for maintenance when required
Maintain cleanliness of equipment
Assist with loading and unloading deliveries of materials
Assist with a variety of general labour tasks as assigned

How You Will Succeed:

***You are hard-working, reliable and keep safety in the forefront when operating equipment. You have the ability to multi-task and shift focus multiple times in a day. You are a team player and able to communicate clearly with others.

What You Will Need:

***Previous experience operating equipment such as boom lift telehandlers, skid steers and aerial work platforms

Valid driver's license
Steel toed boots
Punctual and reliable
Able to follow instruction
Good communication skills
Able to perform well under pressure and meet tight deadlines

WHMIS 201

Previous handson experience as a construction labourer an asset
Valid operator's tickets for Boom Lift and Skid Steer an asset
