Description

We are currently seeking a skilled Maintenance Person to join our team.

Essential Duties:

The duties associated with this position include, but are not limited to:

Vehicle and equipment repair and maintenance
Building repair and maintenance (Interior and exterior)
Outdoor tasks

- lawn maintenance, snow removal, new projects, repairs

Maintain indoor general cleanliness and organization of work spaces
Maintain supplies and restock as required, parts order and pick ups
Other duties as assigned.

Prerequisite Skills and Qualifications:

Must have valid "G" driver's licence
Proven mechanical aptitude
Vehicle Maintenance/minor repairs experience required
Experience with painting, electrical, plumbing, HVAC is an asset
Experience with lawn maintenance tasks required
Ability to use and operate hand/power tools and operate farm machinery
Basic computer literacyMicrosoft based software
Asset-Understanding of coating, painting, composite, fabrics, and resins
Asset-Prior experience with automotive and manufacturing industries
Asset-Knowledge of welding, machining processes, and composite production
Ability to lift up to 50lbs
Ability to work outside for periods of time in all types of weather
Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance if required
Must be able to work overtime on occasion to complete tasks
