$84,630 - $101,975 annualized salary plus benefits

Position Description:The Manager, Quality Improvement and Performance Management works with the Executive Director, the Management Team and the Board of Directors to lead the Centre's strategic and operational planning, quality and performance management, accreditation, and health informatics.
As a member of the Management Team, the employee collaborates with the other members of the team to ensure that the Centre is administered effectively within the policy and planning direction established by the Board of Directors.
Reporting Relationship:
The Manager, Quality Improvement and Performance Management is directly accountable to the Executive Director.
Requirements:
Skills, Education and Experience:
Requirements for this position include:
Education and Language
- Master's degree in Planning, Health Administration or a comparable field
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Under the Centre's designation to provide French Language Services:
- French (oral expression): Intermediate
- French (oral comprehension): Intermediate
- French (reading comprehension): Intermediate
Professional Experience
- Three to five years of experience in management.
- Significant experience in quality improvement, performance management, information management.
- Demonstrated success leading large organizational change initiatives.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Demonstrated ability in policy and program development
- An understanding of various servicedelivery models and approaches in communitybased health
- Knowledge of the communitybased health system
- Knowledge of evaluation, data management and information systems issues in the health and social services fields
- Understanding of the processes of strategic planning, research methods, and evaluation methodology
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Research skills
- Quality improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma
