Your Mission


The Sales Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing the Sales and Sales Operations teams with reliable and High-quality administrative support.

This position reports directly to the Manager of Sales Operations, as well as interacts with the entire sales organization and is responsible for enhancing the overall operations efficiency and excellence of the sales function.


Performance Expectations

  • Supports all aspects of deal flow through Salesforce, proactively prepping deals for purchase order receipts and efficient processing, while coaching the sales team on process
  • Point of contact for new customer agreement preparation and creation in Salesforce and ERP
  • Purchase order management direct with customer and or account managers
  • Account / customer data management, data quality and reporting
  • Support the onboarding of new sales team members
  • Communicate new internal information and tools to Sales, ensuring they are informed of new developments
  • Take on additional assignments, as required, in support of company needs

Qualifications and Skills

  • Exposure or understanding of CRM (preferably Salesforce)
  • Finance or business (or relevant field) postsecondary education or experience in place of education
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent organizational skills, adherence to deadlines, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once
  • Ability to function independently with a high degree of accuracy and accountability in a fastpaced environment
  • Amazing communications skills
  • Creative with a passion for learning
  • Comfortable in ambiguity
  • Happy to ask for help
  • Initiative and intuition
  • Willing to pitchin and learn on the fly on projects outside of your background
