    Community is looking for a Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager to join our creative family

    The Performance Marketing Manager will be responsible for Community's performance digital programs, and will partner closely with the extended marketing functions across the business to make a measurable and positive impact on our clients' businesses within the online space. The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for executing and maintaining high-performing client strategy and campaigns. The Performance Marketing Manager will oversee end-to-end the buying and implementation process of digital performance campaigns, and is responsible for media planning, trafficking and operations for their dedicated client accounts. This role is critical in enforcing and providing input into the overall client strategy direction as well as overseeing the quality standards of the team's buying strategy and execution.

    Key Responsibilities

    Performance Strategy & Execution

    · Creation and execution of Performance Marketing campaigns for a wide variety of client accounts and campaign objectives.

    · Be able to create, present and explain media plans for medium to large sized clients.

    · Manage and maintain paid social, search and display campaigns across Google AdWords, BingAds, MetaAds to achieve client KPIs

    · Facilitates the implementation of quality control processes and systems across client groups

    · Monitor and analyze client performance and key health metrics to drive client growth.

    · Conduct keyword research and create lists of targeted search terms that are relevant to the client's websites and business

    · Analyze PPC campaign results and adjust advertising tactics to improve/develop campaigns using market research and campaign data to evaluate testing and performance

    · Campaign reporting – producing reports for clients, as well as communication of results and implementing proposed strategic direction;

    · Collaboration with Account Management and other teams to set a strategic direction

    · Support the development of channel strategies for clients and execution plans based on new or existing channel strategies, including identifying current best practices and competitor tactics as needed to inform planning

    · Partner cross-functionally to strategize and execute high-performing marketing campaigns that add value to broad and targeted audiences.

    · Manages, coaches, and develops team across activation deliverables through the campaign lifecycle to improve and optimize the media buy to achieve client goals.

    · Develop and own strategy models and framework that align with clients' business and product priorities

    Initiative & Leadership

    · Collaborate with and coach a high-performing team of motivated marketers responsible for user acquisition through paid digital ads, affiliate, partnerships, SEO, SEM and more channels

    · Proactively identifying new opportunities through betas or known best practices to continuously improve paid media campaign performance;

    · Continually research and test the latest paid marketing practices and, keep up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing

    · Focus on the most important things - know where to go deep, and where to go fast, to make the biggest impact

    · Supporting the Business Development team in auditing prospective accounts, strategy development and participation in pitches.

    · Be engaged in activities that support team & company growth metrics, including new client acquisition

    · Grows the sophistication of the team's media knowledge, expanding into data and technology.

    · Participation in networking and industry events

    Client Relations

    · Lead Client meeting with clients alongside other internal stakeholders to offer insights on areas of opportunity within campaigns

    · Effective communication to clients regarding the performance of current digital marketing efforts, discuss client expectations/goals, provide guidance, and create reports

    · Develops digital ecosystems that encompass the best environments for each client's target audience, while maximizing value and efficiency.

    Skill Requirements

    · 4+ years of experience in a similar role

    · A strong understanding of Google ads ecosystem (Paid Search/SEM, Display Advertising, YouTube, Shopping, etc)

    · A strong understanding of Paid Social (Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and other platforms including TikTok.)

    · Expert level knowledge of bid management, campaign management and optimization process with key Data, Supply and DSP partners.

    · Advanced analytical skills and proficient with numbers and budgets to illustrate client business objectives.

    · Ability to instill confidence and manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

    · Leadership experience with strengths in coaching and mentoring more junior team members and/or team members in other departments

    · Ability to identify opportunities for areas of optimization and upsell

    · Strong negotiation, presentation and people skills.
