    Pension Administration Specialist Role


    We are seeking an experienced Pension Administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing retirement/termination applications, maintaining accurate records and providing exceptional service to members through defined contribution and defined benefit pension plans.



    Key Responsibilities:




    • Process retirement/termination applications in accordance with established procedures;

    • Maintain accurate records of member accounts and benefits;

    • Provide timely and personalized support to members regarding their pension-related inquiries;

    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues related to pension administration.
