Job Summary
CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is seeking a Store Manager to join our team.

CoCo Fresh Tea & Juice is a franchise bubble tea chain with over 4500 stores worldwide.

We have opened 13 locations in Metro Vancouver for the last 5 years, and are going to grow more quickly in the next year.

Store Manager Trainees will go through a structured training program during your traineeship, you will learn the fundamentals of store operations by rotating in different positions & shifts, get familiar with the business by participating in a variety of operational activities.


The roles and responsibilities are as follows:

  • Participate in training and guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer service, quality bubble tea and desire sales goal
  • Participate in develop and execute marketing plan to optimize business sales and expend new opportunities within the community
  • Resolve customer's concern and complaint
  • Get familiar with daytoday operations such as people management, inventory management and product management, etc.
  • Prepare documents and update records such as daily journals and training progress reports, etc.
