Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of older adults? Brock House Society, a vibrant seniors activity center located at the beautiful Jericho Beach, seeks a dynamic and innovative Program coordinator.

This vital role involves developing, coordinating, and evaluating enriching programs for our members, alongside spearheading our communication efforts.


What You'll Do:

• Collaborate, manage, and develop seasonal programs to support the wellbeing of older adults.
• Lead marketing and communication initiatives to promote programs and activities.
• Collaborate with local organizations and the community to build relationships.
• Oversee program finances and contracts.

Who You Are:

• A holder of a postgraduate diploma or degree in social work, communications, or related field.
• Have a minimum of two (2) years of experience working with older adults or diverse populations in a notforprofit setting.
• Skilled in program design and community development, communication, and collaboration.
• Proficient in using digital communication tools and financial management software.
• Communityoriented, flexible to handle multiple programs, teamoriented, reliable, and committed to working with Older Adults

Salary:
$45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
