As our company grows, we are looking for a reliable Vice President of Operations to join us in the long run.


Responsibilities:


  • Establish standard procedures, policies, regulations, and objectives for the company.
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions.
  • Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement company policies and programs.
  • Establish financial, marketing, and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning.
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments in Canada and China.
  • Represent the organization or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization in negotiations or other official functions.
  • Establish departments, operational policies, and oversee the operation of the company, including case processing, marketing, sales, and recruiting departments.
  • Establish and manage the outsourced IT and recruiting, social media marketing team.
  • Develop internal administrative department workflow and external marketing channels.
  • Establish and lead the company to accomplish its annual profit objectives.
  • Report company matters to the Chief Executive Officer on a daily basis.

Requirements:


  • A college diploma is required.
  • 5 years of experience as a middle manager in professional services, education, business management, consulting, or a related field is required.
  • Proven track record in marketing, sales, and business management.
  • Willingness to grow and develop with the company in the long term.
  • Solid communication skills in English and Mandarin.
