• Assist advisors with event planning, van preparation, stock inventory, and storage organization
• Attend transportation industry events and promote products and services
• Prepare training materials as requested
• Assist with organizing and hosting safety events at individual client sites
• Keep uptodate records in CRM
• Conduct research and produce reports as directed
• Develop tools and resources to support industry and individual client needs
• Prepare periodic and other reports as required on project and program status
• Support the development of communication and promotional materials
• Work on unique projects that support SafetyDriven initiatives as well as your ongoing education.
• Perform other duties as required

• Education or experience in occupational health and safety, business or public administration or other degree/certification relevant to the position responsibilities preferred.
• Experience attending events to promote a product or service
• Experience in customer relationship development and maintenance
• Experience working in the transportation or moving and storage industry preferred.

• Proven excellence and commitment to customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated superior interpersonal skills.
• Superior problem solving, planning and analytical skills in a fastpaced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook and using a customer relationship management system.
• Excellent organization and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently.
• Able to exercise good judgement and discretion.
• A valid BC driver's license.
