Position Overview:


Responsibilities:

• Greet members and guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist with membership signups and inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk and lobby area
• Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
• Assist with club maintenance tasks such as cleaning equipment, restocking supplies, and ensuring facilities are wellmaintained
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance tasks as needed
• Monitor the faciity and ensure the safety and security of the club
• Assist with special events and promotions as required

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Previous experience in a customer facing role is preferred
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tasks and willingness to learn
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fastpaced environment
• Must be reliable, punctual, and professional at all times

Schedule:

This is a part-time position with flexible hours, including mornings, evenings and weekends.
