Who are we looking for?
Combined Insurance is currently hiring for interns to support our Sales Training department.
Responsibilities Assist in coordinating the Recruitment and Training team; prioritizing day to day tasks, timelines and communications. Calendarize priorities and assist Agency Directors with day-to-day activities. Plan and coordinate meetings offsite and virtual meetings.

Participate in the generation of professional power point presentations, or using other tools, coordinating, and consolidating the efforts across Recruitment, Training as needed.

Gather relevant data for examination of effectiveness of Recruitment and Training.
Requirements MS Office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Oral and written communication skills Analytical skills, able to coordinate and examine data Strong record of academic achievement Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program Local to the Greater Toronto Area Bilingual (English/French) an asset
Preferred Majors Human Resources Management, Bachelor of Arts and Science, Business Administration, or another related field

Schedule:
May 2023-August 2023 (Dates TBD); Full-time (Monday to Friday), 37.5 hours/week
