PURPOSE OF POSITION


Reporting to the Sr Marketing Manager the Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the marketing team in the development and execution of marketing strategies and campaigns.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Assist in the development of marketing materials, such as brochures, websites, and social media content
  • Provide support for the sales team by creating and updating marketing collateral
  • Plan and coordinate National conferences, corporate, and territory events. Both virtual and inperson
  • Support in planning, organization and set up of customer events (conferences, workshops ) in close collaboration with the Commercial team. This includes selflearning on available virtual platforms.
  • This includes, and is not limited to A&S events, major and minor conferences, regional virtual events, participant followup re attendance certificates and event content
  • Organize, promote, and assist the Sales Team with Territory Events
  • Plan and coordinator the National Sales Meetings with Management team
  • Monitor and update the local website, public drive and SharePoint to maximize effectiveness of content and ensure global and local compliance
  • Coordinate and update onbrand visual assets, both digital and print
  • Assist the sales team with presentations with updated materials and formats
  • Manage and track the samples & documentation process with our suppliers
  • Maintain product files sample, license, IFU, sell sheets in coordination with Regulatory /QA
  • Manage external suppliers to create graphics and videos
  • Contribute to the creation of Corporate and Sales presentations, communications, and reports
  • Assist with brand strategies and content creation to build awareness and increase followers and engagement
  • Monitor social media interaction within the wound care industry and implement industry standards into Molnlycke's strategy
  • Support the marketing team to create streamlined, automated marketing campaigns to support digitalization

Qualifications and Experience

  • Min. 2 years' experience in marketing, graphics, and or social media management
  • Experience with sales teams ie: sales support/experience.
  • Proven effective verbal, written and presentation /communication skills
  • Solid foundation in technology computer skills, social media and CRM experience a plus
  • Relevant education, skills, or experience in marketing coordination, sales support, and/or basic visual design
  • Fluent English
  • French an asset
  • Good communicative and interpersonal skills
  • Selfreliant, works independent with minimum supervision
  • High energy, fast learner
  • Proven project management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Ability to solve problems, make factbased decisions, and recommend logical actions
  • Ability to multitask while keeping attention to detail, timelines, and budget guidelines
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
Strong team player, with superb interpersonal and communication skills

Salary:
$55,329.60-$70,000.00 per year
