Job Description:
As a Dental Equipment Technician at Hatch Group, you will play a critical role in ensuring the functionality and reliability of our dental equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
Installation and Maintenance:
Install, set up, and maintain dental equipment at client locations, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards
Troubleshooting:
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with dental equipment, providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime for clients
Repair and Calibration:
Conduct repairs and calibrations on dental equipment to ensure optimal performance and longevity
Product Training:
Provide training to dental professionals on the proper use and maintenance of our equipment
Technical Support:
Respond to technical inquiries from clients and collaborate with the customer support team to address and resolve technical issues
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and equipment maintenance activities
Quality Control:
Conduct quality control checks on equipment before installation and after repairs to ensure compliance with company standards
Collaboration:
Work closely with the engineering and product development teams to provide feedback on equipment performance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a dental equipment technician or in a similar role is preferred.
Strong knowledge of dental equipment, including chairs, imaging devices, sterilization equipment, and other related technology.
Valid driver's license is requiredExcellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
Customer service skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
