Qualifications / Required Skills

• Clear, polite and professional communication skills
• Thorough attention to detail within a multitasking environment
• Good analytical skills
• Recognize anomalies and willingness to ask questions about them
• Frequent suggestions for analysis to identify business opportunities
• Comfortable adapting to new computer programs including an Order Entry system, an Accounting system, Excel, Gmail, Google Drive, Mailchimp, and possibly a database program
• Medium level knowledge of Excel is essential

Baxter Media is located in Toronto and is currently working on a hybrid model of work from home and in office according to the 'needs' of the job at the time.
