The ideal candidate must have superior computer skills, be detail-oriented, and should be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Delegates the Sales Admin Team to carry out other administrative tasks. The Head Administrator should also be experienced at the following in addition to being a professional and highly effective communicator, both verbally and in writing:
preparation of pre-construction real estate agreements of purchase and sale, schedules, amendments, and legal documentation.
experience in organization and maintenance of presentation centre office.
preparation and distribution of daily/weekly marketing and sales reports as required.
be comfortable with daily interaction and correspondence with Head Office and Sales and Marketing team regarding sales, cancellations, and changes to agreements.
be adaptable to responsibilities as essential functions may be modified at any time depending on business needs.
and any other related administrative tasks.
