About The Role
- We are a high-end pool construction company specializing in commercial and residential projects, including hotel pools, strata developments, aquatic centers, and custom builds. We are seeking a driven Pool Construction Estimator / Sales Specialist to join our team and help grow our business.
You will be responsible for pricing, presenting, and winning projects, while building strong client relationships. This role combines technical estimating with relationship-driven sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients on site and review pool construction drawings
- Build scopes and prepare accurate cost estimates
- Coordinate with trades and suppliers
- Prepare and present detailed proposals with confidence
- Follow up consistently and close projects
- Develop long-term client relationships
- Manage your pipeline and take ownership of opportunities
Requirements
- 3+ years of construction estimating experience
- Hands-on experience in pool, concrete, mechanical, or commercial construction
- Strong understanding of pool construction drawings
- Comfortable with outside or inside sales for relationship building
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented, margin-focused, and competitive mindset
- Ability to handle technical and strategic aspects of estimating
