Job Summary


Your responsibility will be to ensure that the strategic goals of the project are aligned with decisions regarding business and IT initiatives.

With domain expertise and working knowledge of the systems that link these parts of the organizations together, the role of the Business Analyst is essential on every Temenos T24 project that Rules Cube engages on.

In this essential role, you will collaborate with SMEs across the business to ensure that the results of the delivered solution are aligned with customer requirements.


In this role, you will:


  • Work with the Lead System Architects, Sr. System Architects, and other Business Analysts to assist in developing requirements, solution concepts and prototypes.
  • Partner with multiple stakeholders to develop high quality deliverables across all phases of a project (from identifying and defining process flows and use cases to user acceptance testing)
  • Demonstrate commitment to and enthusiasm for customer success by ensuring the delivered product is fullyfunctioning, performs to business requirements defined and approved by the client, and meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Support the Engagement Leaders and Account Team in the pursuit of new opportunities in solution conceptualization.
  • Mentor and train client business stakeholders in key Temenos T24 functionality.

Qualifications will include:


  • Bachelor's degree in related field.
  • Must provide and demonstrable real project experience in leading Temenos projects as a Business Analyst.
  • 5+ years of experience as business architect for enterprise projects.
  • Experience in software industry.
  • Experience working with enterprise clients.
  • Experience in insurance and financial domains.
  • Manages iterative requirements or Agile methodology.
  • Experience working with multiple project methodologies, including agile, scrum and waterfall.
  • Excellent time management and organization skills as well as the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
  • A positive attitude and selfmotivated with a thirst for knowledge.
  • Customer success focused, outcomes driven, moves with a sense of urgency and a strong team player.
