Tri-Health Wellness Centre is a multi-disciplinary health care centre in the heart of Vaughan. We have a team of naturopathic doctors, chiropractors, registered massage therapist, acupuncturist, psychotherapist and kinesiologists.

We are looking for a Head Front Desk Receptionist with experience in Direct Billing, Insurance Claims, MVAs, HCAI, WSIB claims and similar insurance billing pertaining to extended health care.

Experience working with chiropractors is important.

In addition to this working knowledge, you will be assisting all clients/patients that arrive, direct them to their practitioner, field calls, schedule and book patients, monitor inventory and other office-related tasks.

We are looking for some that will commit to at least 3 days a week.

We are looking for someone who is professional, friendly, has experience in a health setting, good at problem resolution, self-directed, cheerful and punctual.

Part-time hours: 30-40 per week


Salary:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour


Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Education:

• Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
