We are looking for a Permanent -Full-time Manager, Employer Services for our Skymark location based in Mississauga.

Key Job Functions

Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of our services, eligibility of the programs that we administer through Employment Ontario, and how we can support the individual needs of job seekers and employers.
Lead motivate and empower team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that values diversity and creativity.
Advocate and promote our client's individual skillsets to employers with a focus on the most marginalised and unrepresented groups and the value that they bring to an organization.
Understand how to work with specialized groups along with the barriers and challenges.
Lead efforts to maintain and attain established targets, contributing to the overall success of the team and organization.
Drive the development of a diversified portfolio of employers, strategically tailored to meet the current and future needs of our clients.
Handle all employer account related escalations.
To ensure proactive communication and consistent followup with potential employers to cultivate and secure business opportunities.
Maintain oversight and accuracy of all reports within Employer Services timely analysis, and strategic utilization of data for effective decisionmaking.
Oversee all aspects of staff management and performance for staff reporting to the position.
Other duties pertaining to the position, as required.
