Position Summary:
Acuren Group is currently recruiting a Data Entry Admin. This position will include uploading inspection data info into client systems. If you are seeking a dynamic industrial environment with opportunities for individual growth and learning, this is for you.
Responsibilities:
- Uploading inspection data into client systems
- Electronic filing of client admin documents
- Maintain schedule and excel files
- Adhere to a 6/1 shift schedule 12 hours/day
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of data entry and site admin experience in a related industry
- Intermediate MS Office skills
- Primarily working within Outlook and Excel
- Fieldglass experience would be an asset
- Business or Office Administration Certificate/Diploma/Degree an asset
- Experience with data entry with a strong attention to detail
- Strong time management skills with ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Able to work independently, with mínimal supervision
