Territory Manager

The role

In this role, the incumbent will promote the Edge Imaging brand and the execution of sales activities in assigned territory.

What you will focus on

Scheduling photographic assignments based on request from the school and to meet territory needs
Gather data from territory associations and the preparation and/or scrubbing of data to ensure jobs are created and entered into the Company's electronic systems for administering jobs and personnel
Distribution of marketing materials and other materials to territory associations as needed
Collection, collation and submission of information and or monies from territory associations and submission to the Lab for further processing in an efficient and effective manner
Communicating with territory associations and territory employees as needed
Effectively working with Burlington Lab staff on territory matters
Assisting in the distribution and allocation of territory equipment and resources among territory employees
Problem solving and dispute resolution as it pertains to effectively and efficiently deal with customers and school client issues in a manner that promotes and enhances the Edge Imaging brand.
Assisting territory staff in the completion of time sheet submissions
Assisting in the field on an as needed basis
Gain a thorough knowledge of the Company's field production systems and procedures
Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you from time to time

What we're looking for

Diploma or degree in Photography preferred
23 years' experience in the school photography industry
Strong customer focus and organization skills
Ability to deal with multiple and changing priorities
Experience working with children is an asset
Ability to work in a variety of schools within a school board region, with the opportunity to work in other school boards
Exhibit the highest standards of customer service and be a consummate ambassador for the Company
As this position involves working with children in a school setting successful applicants must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
