Front Desk Service Advisor
Nuvu is a Family-Owned Business that has served Saskatoon for over 36 years. We are a full-service Auto Glass Shop that offers a complete, One Stop Shop for all Vehicle Glass Installation, including Back, Front, Side, and Sun Glass to your ADAS Calibration. Your Safety comes First
Job Details Include
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Shuttling Customers
- Answer phone calls
- Give Quotes
- Invoicing and Insurance Claims
- Billing and payment processing
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
Qualifications:
- Will Train
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fastpaced environment
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office equipment operation
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting software is an asset
Our hours of operation Monday to Friday 8-4:30.
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
From $14.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
