KWM est présentement à la recherche d'un coordonnateur de projet compétent et débrouillard pour soutenir les opérations de son studio de Montréal.

En tant que coordonnateur de projet, vous serez amené à coordonner différents aspects des mandats qui vous sont confiés, ainsi qu'à gérer la logistique du studio et à soutenir l'équipe créative.

**Responsabilités et tâches principales**

Le coordinateur de projet doit assister les chargés de projet:

- Ouvrir et configurer les projets et les archiver lorsqu'ils sont terminés
- Créer et envoyer les factures aux clients
- Planifier le travail des pigistes ou en trouver de nouveaux si nécessaire
- Recevoir et classer les devis et factures des sous-traitants

Le coordinateur de projet doit gérer ses propres projets:

- Préparer le calendrier de production et assurer son suivi
- Coordonner l'allocation des ressources en fonction des échéanciers et délais de livraison
- Établir et maintenir une relation de confiance avec les clients et assurer les communications avec eux
- Prendre en charge l'envoi des livrables aux clients
- S'assurer que l'équipe dispose de tous les éléments pour répondre adéquatement aux demandes des clients

Le coordinateur de projet aidera également à la logistique du studio:

- Gérer la logistique pour soutenir les opérations quotidiennes (sécurité, informatique, fournitures de bureau, etc.)
- Accompagner dans le processus d'intégration des nouvelles recrues
- Répondre aux courriels d'information
- Mettre à jour le site Internet et les réseaux sociaux

KWM are currently looking for a skilled and resourceful Project Coordinator.

As a Project Coordinator you will be required to coordinate different aspects of the projects assigned to you, as well as manage the logistics of the studio and support the creative team.

Here at KWM, you'll have the opportunity to work on some of the biggest titles in games and a variety of genres all while being given the support to grow and develop your skills as a Project Coordinator.

With two studios in Montreal and Quebec City, KWM is run by a team of experienced and diverse game devs and film makers who are passionate about video games and the often-overlooked art of the trailer.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

The Project Coordinator will assist the Project Managers by:

- Opening and setting up the projects and archiving them when they are done
- Creating and sending the invoices to the clients
- Scheduling freelancers or finding new ones if needed Receiving and filing freelancer quotes and invoices

The Project Coordinator will also manage his/her own projects by:

- Preparing the production schedule and ensuring its follow-up
- Coordinating the allocation of resources according to schedules and delivery times
- Establishing and maintaining a relationship of trust with customers and ensuring communications with them
- Taking charge of sending the deliverables to customers
- Ensuring that the team has all the elements to properly respond to customer requests

The Project Coordinator will also assist with the logistics of the studio by:

- Managing the on-site logistics to support day to day operations (Security, IT, office suppliers, etc.)
- Assisting on the onboarding process for new hires
- Updating the website and social medias

**Requirements**:
**Profil recherché**
- Compréhension des enjeux créatifs liés au développement d'outils marketing
- Sens de l'organisation, capacité à gérer les priorités et à faire face aux changements de dernière minute
- Autonome, proactif et axé sur la résolution de problèmes
- Intérêt pour le monde des jeux vidéo (un atout)
- Expérience pertinente en coordination de projets (minimum 2 ans)
- Bilinguisme, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
