Responsibilities:

Prepare bills of lading, invoices, and other shipping documents

Verify invoices with Finance.

Communicate with Clients, Vendors etc.

Oversee equipment shipping processes and procedures.

Other duties assigned.

Requirments:

-
1 year's logistics/warehouse experience preferred.
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Attention to detail and accuracy and ability to multitask.
-
Ability to organize and prioritize down to the fine details.
-
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
-
Mandarin and English fluency
-
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Types:

Salary:
$17.00-$20.00 per hour
